This blog contains the liturgy for the Mass prepared and arranged by Jeff for the Parish of our Lady of Perpetual Help - Project 8, instructions on the good ordering of the liturgy, articles he wrote for the Diocesan Ministry for Liturgical Affairs of Cubao, papers he wrote for his MA classes in the Graduate School of Liturgy of San Beda, and thoughts on liturgy which he wrote in his sleep.
Should you wish to do away with missalettes, here's something better.
Liturgy
Liturgy is the exercise of the priestly office of Jesus Christ wherein the glorification of God and the sanctification of humanity, the whole public worship is performed by the Mystical Body of Jesus Christ, that is, by the Head and His members, and is signified by signs perceptible to the senses, and is effected in a way which corresponds with each of these signs. Liturgist
Jeff is an MA student at the Graduate School of Liturgy of San Beda College and a member of the Pastoral Team of the Diocesan Ministry for Liturgical Affairs of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cubao. Jeff is part of the Guidelines, Publications and Website Committees of the DMLA. He prepares the liturgies found in this blog for the Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Project 8 where he is Worship Coordinator and Pastoral Worker.
Good Liturgy
Good Liturgy is prepared in the context of and by the community.
Good liturgy is always planned. The opposite kind is by the missalette. You know that a parish has good liturgy when you can't see any missalette near the priest.
